Neophyllomyza nishidai

Diagnostic description: 

Neophyllomyza nishidai is very similar to Neophyllomyza acyglossa (Villeneuve) but differs from it in having yellow palpi and surstyli which are rather slender, and bent inward and posteriorly; in N. acyglossa (based on specimens preserved in Museum für Naturkunde der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin), palpi wholly black; surstyli rather thick and not bent inward and posteriorly.
